Just 30 minutes from Glacier Airport and a short 5 minute drive to Bigfork Village By the Bay. Stroll down main street full of quaint shops and art galleries. Enjoy a day of boating and fishing on Flathead Lake. Take a scenic drive to the majestic Glacier National Park for jaw-dropping beauty beyond belief or explore Kalispell & Whitefish all less than 30-45 minutes.

The bigger of the 3 lakes, called McGilvray Lake, offers great views from our back deck through many of our expansive windows. We have no nearby neighbors so you have a nice, quiet, secluded feel away from the busier area of Flathead Lake. We also offer great private trails for hiking around the various arms of the lakes/ponds and property. Enjoy a full afternoon of activities to choose from or just relax and enjoy the views from an expanded lake-front deck and private dock just a short 5 minute stroll down the hill.

Imagine entering a secluded, private property through a gate, down a scenic wooded road, past a small serene pond, up a hill to see a picturesque setting with an expansive lush lawn, a conveniently located fire pit for those long summer nights, a large front deck with warm and welcoming porch swings and log rockers, looking out at your tail trees, big sky and forests. As a "dark sky" property, the star gazing in the Montana big sky is amazing!
The back of the house faces across an expansive deck overlooking a small, peaceful Lake McGilvray, and just one of the 4 arms in the lake cluster. Our wooded 15 acres of forest and the Swan mountain range. Enjoy sun or shade in comfort on the deck furniture. A large gas grill conveniently located right outside the kitchen and dining room door along with an oversize cold drink cart for your chilled beverages and two tables seating up to 12.
Enjoy all the on-site activites, amenities and extra added entertainment
There are many sights to enjoy in and around the Flathead Valley, however, Mystic Mountain has plenty to offer right on-site…kayaking, canoeing, swimming (in warmer summer months), hiking, fishing and daily sightings of eagles, deers, turkeys and even an occasional black bear.
We have also added fun activities for all ages to enjoy with a high grade pool table adjacent to a small bar; a rustic indoor/outdoor rec. room with ping pong, dart board, game/card table and horseshoes. Also lawn bowling or game of corn hole on the lush lawn. On one of those rare days you find yourself indoors…our amenities include a library of books for all ages, games, cards, puzzles, toys, DVD’s, docking station, flat screen TV's. You will simply need to extend your stay just to enjoy it all!
